Add sounds effects to action and implement scheduled background tasks

This requests adds sounds effects to certain button clicks and also implements a foundation for scheduled background tasks. With the creation of scheduled tasks in the background, we will be able to implement an action that checks if the user has been idle for too long and has been neglecting their pet (thus the pet's stats will go down)!
